We are excited to announce that our biggest fund-raiser this year is going to be an auction--"Better Together"! It will be held on February 27th, 2010 at the Brockey Center at South Seattle Community Center. While the purpose of the event is to raise money to fund the various--and many--activities, clubs, field trips, supplies, etc. for our students, we are also focusing on making it a night for parents, teachers, staff, neighbors and extended family to come together for laughter and good cheer. We hope you will become involved in helping to make the event a huge success. There are "day of event" jobs, work from home jobs, and jobs large and small. There is truly something for everybody and we promise to make it fun along the way. At Gregory Heights, we are proud of all of the opportunities that our kids have as a result of the money that our PTSA raises and with budget cuts this year, it is more important than ever to have a successful fundraiser to ensure that students don't lose any of these opportunities. Please email Paula Keeney at pckeeney@gmail.com for more information or to sign up to join the fun.
